Product expert of IT based life cycle projects. Vendor selection and Infrastructure readiness. Build the culture of Scrum and Agile on complex projects", across teams and the SJPP foundation. Contributes to the design of a service delivery system by evaluating and recommending options for tools, hardware, and processes that enable the team to create a complete system that supports service delivery and meets KPIs. Uses expertise to design components of a service architecture, and operability and caregiver scenarios that meet compliance standards and KPIs, such as quality, cost, and caregiver expectation. Maximizes the effectiveness of financial resources. Uses expertise to contribute to the design of process or technology solutions that identify and resolve platform, system, deployment, and environmental issues prior to solution release, and that ensure an on-time release with predictable high quality. Ensures that production solutions are reliable, resilient, secure, and effective and continuously monitored. Defines and collects metrics (such as service availability data, performance measures, system health, and long-term trends) to support service intelligence analysis. Analyzes and tracks operational cost data and reports trends, budget risk, and variance against the projected cost model to the business. Identifies cost saving opportunities for consideration by the service team. Admin chair member for SJPP Managed Care committee, SJPP Board, and Risk and Safety Steering Committee Chair. Implement programs to support regional operations efforts including areas of affiliate performance such as quality, HCC, utilization, performance improvement, and cost control for affiliate products. Physician productivity and quality evaluator. Knowledge of Physician Epic schedule, wRVU, Employee: Physician Ratio, Physician contracting, work RVU, Physician Productivity, payment methods, incentives. Relay this information to physician and clinic managers. Support all current physicians on HCC/RAF and quality regular and refresher trainings. Analyze individual physician training, scorecards, and percentage of improvement bi-quarterly. Coordinate SJPP New physician trainings with Credentialing team. Help the Physician leaders train and improve in HCC/RAF, Quality, Medicare incentive plans. Procure goods/services on behalf of the ministries live on Oracle platform. Project chief to develop and maintain the Providence Salesforce Staples portfolio. Partner with the Clinical Program manager to Create education programs for Medical Assistants in Primary care and Specialty offices from external schools and convert them to potential hires. Coordinate Quality benchmarks with regional quality team and prepare documentations for SJPP. Engage Primary care physicians and Hospitalist for Length of Stay in hospitals discussions, Monthly re-admits and Risk Population analysis. Demonstrate Accountable Care Organization and value base care policies and procedures knowledge. Ensures compliance with department/organization policies/procedures. Assists management team with development of short and long-range departmental goals and objectives for project completion. Supervises day to day projects and activities in accordance with specific guidelines to ensure quality goals are met. Execute change management activities and evaluate impact beyond area of responsibility to ensure strategic direction of designed strategies/projects/programs are in line with overall enterprise-wide goal and objectives.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration/Management, or related field.

  • Three (3) years' experience as Project Manager, Practice Manager," or related.

  • Professional experience applying LEAN principles and implementing Change Management Processes
